I charge £30.00 for the initial face to face consultation. This helps us both decide if we wish to move forward together. My normal hourly fee is £60.00
I suggest an initial contract of six weekly sessions. We then jointly review, before committing to a more open ended agreement. We regularly review thereafter, to evaluate how we’re doing.
When you feel ready to end, we discuss the reasons fully, and ensure that we have at least two final sessions to draw our work to a close, to honour the journey we’ve made together, as well as looking at the challenges and positive steps ahead.
